Cost of the inspection is dependent on the square footage of the

Inspection Time and the Report

The inspection duration depends on the size of the house and it's

condition. Most inspections are a minimum 3-

4 hrs depending on the

and issues found. The written report will be available no later

than the

following day. I do not rush through an inspection and will

take the

necessary time to be thorough and detailed. The report will

be a easy to

read narrative with any photos for clarification or

reference. All reports

have informational data about the home that is

excellent information for

future use.
