PRIORITY  Home Inspections
Inspection Process
A professional home inspector provides a very valuable and important
service to the consumer in purchasing a home.  The Texas Real Estate
Commission provides the guidelines for all inspectors so that  you are
provided a thorough and detailed inspection and a written report on the
property requested.   The Standards of Practice, Rule ~535.228-231,
details the requirements for each inspection.  Detail information can be
    found at http://www.trec.state.tx.us/inspector/rules_governing_inspectors.
