    **The construction phase inspections consist of :
    Phase 1- inspection of the foundation elements before the cement pour
    Phase 2 - inspection of the house prior to drywall  but with the mechanicals
                   installed   (very  important phase)
    Phase 3 - the final before the builder's walk through.
